Privacy Policy

Group B Marketing ("Group B," "we," "us") runs grp-b.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we get your name, email address, company name and the message you write. If you email or call us, we get whatever you choose to share.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, our server and security provider see your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit.
• Site usage data. We may use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. This data is grouped and not used to identify you.

How we use it

• To answer your message and talk with you about working together.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To understand which pages help people and improve the site.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list because you filled out the contact form.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies. Cloudflare, our security and hosting network, sets cookies that tell real visitors apart from bots. If Google Analytics is turned on, it sets cookies that count visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Who else sees it

We share data only with the services that run the site and our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Our web host and WordPress, which store form submissions.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site and speeds it up.
• Google, which provides analytics and the fonts the site uses. Loading a Google Font sends your IP address to Google.
• unpkg, a content network that serves some of the site's animation code.
• Our email provider, when we write back to you.

We will also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and email as long as we need them to talk with you or serve you as a client, and for normal business records after that. Ask us to delete them and we will, unless the law says we have to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law. We will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
