Websites
that ship fast

and stay fast.

We build marketing sites and e-commerce stores that average 90%+ Lighthouse scores, ship in 6–10 weeks, and don't need a developer to update a headline. From $5K for a focused marketing site up to $50K+ for custom commerce builds. We also host and rescue what others have built.

THE PROBLEM

Most agency websites look great and convert terribly.

You hired a design-forward agency to build your site. They produced beautiful Figma comps. They handed off to developers who spent eight months building it. You launched. The site looks gorgeous in a portfolio. It scores 42 on Google Lighthouse. It takes 4.6 seconds to load on mobile. Conversion rate is half what it was on the old site. Nobody talks about the conversion rate.
Or you went the other direction. You bought a Shopify theme. You customized it yourself. You added plugins. Then more plugins. Three years in, you have 47 apps installed, a checkout that takes 11 seconds to load, and a homepage that's an embarrassment to update because nobody knows where the code came from anymore. You're stuck.
Both versions are normal. Neither one should be.
WHAT WE BUILD

Four things. In every build.

Every site we ship — whether it's a $5K marketing site or a $50K commerce build — includes these four things. They're not upgrades. They're baseline.
01

The Site Itself

Designed, built, and shipped. Mobile-first. Accessible. Editable by your team without a developer. Connected to whatever stack you actually use — your CRM, your email tool, your analytics, your inventory system.
02

Performance Baseline

90%+ Lighthouse scores on average across our portfolio. Sites with heavy video embeds run lower — we'll flag that before we build, not after. Core Web Vitals tracked from day one.
03

Hosting & Security Setup

Enterprise-grade hosting environment, SSL certificate, CDN for global delivery, web application firewall, daily backups, uptime monitoring. Configured before launch, not after the first incident.
04

Training & Handoff

Loom-recorded walkthrough of every editable section. Written docs for common updates. A real human you can email when something breaks. You shouldn't need us to change a headline.
THREE TRACKS

Three ways we'll work with you.

Most agencies only want greenfield work — new builds, big budgets, blank slates. We build new sites too. But we also host what we've built, and we'll take on rescue work for sites that someone else built and abandoned.
TRACK 01 · NEW BUILD

Marketing sites & e-commerce stores from scratch.

Greenfield builds. We pick the right stack for what you're trying to do, design and build the site, set up hosting and security, and train your team to run it. 6–10 weeks for marketing sites, 8–14 weeks for commerce. Includes the four deliverables above.
Pricing: $5K starter (focused marketing site, 5–10 pages, standard integrations) up to $50K+ (custom commerce, complex integrations, content production).
TRACK 02 · HOSTING

Managed hosting for sites we built — and sites we didn't.

Monthly managed hosting with everything included: enterprise infrastructure, managed updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, SSL, CDN, and a web application firewall. A real person responds when something breaks — usually within an hour, always within four.
Pricing: monthly retainer, depends on traffic + complexity. We'll quote after a brief site audit.
TRACK 03 · FIX IT

Rescue projects for sites that someone else broke.

Your site is slow. Your conversion rate dropped. Your last developer disappeared. Your Shopify store is held together by 47 apps and bubble gum. We'll audit what you have, diagnose what's actually broken, and fix it — without forcing a full rebuild unless one's genuinely needed.
Pricing: starts with a $1.5K diagnostic. Project work typically $2K–$15K depending on scope. We'll always tell you when a rebuild is the cheaper option.
HOW A NEW BUILD WORKS

A 6-10 week engagement.

Marketing sites typically run 6–8 weeks. E-commerce stores run 8–10. Rescue and hosting projects are different — see Three Tracks above.
WEEK 1 · Discovery & scope lock. We dig into your audience, your stack, your goals, and the data we have to work with. Output: a scope doc & brand guide that nails down what's in the build, what's out, and what success looks like.
WEEK 2-3 · Design. Wireframes, then high-fidelity comps for key pages. We design in close partnership with you — not 'we'll show you v1 in two weeks.' Daily Slack or async loops keep momentum.
WEEK 4-6 · Build. Design becomes code. You see the staging environment from week 4 — not at the end. Every page goes through Lighthouse before it ships. Anything below our threshold gets fixed before we move on.
WEEK 7-8 · QA, integrations, content load. Cross-browser testing, accessibility audit, analytics setup, integrations with your existing tools (CRM, email, payments, inventory). Real content loaded — not Lorem Ipsum.
WEEK 9-10 · Launch + handoff. Go-live coordination, DNS cutover, training session with your team, written docs. We stay close for 30 days post-launch to handle anything weird that surfaces.
QUALIFICATION

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

Good fit if you…

· Want a site that performs, not just looks good in a portfolio.
· Have $5K minimum budget for a build, or are looking for hosting/rescue.
· Care about being able to edit your own site after launch.
· Have a real business with real customers — established or scaling.
· Are willing to pick a stack and commit to it.

Bad fit if you…

· Want the cheapest possible site. There are good Fiverr options for that.
· Need a single-page Squarespace template tomorrow. Wrong shop.
· Don't care about performance scores or Core Web Vitals.
· Want to keep your existing tangled tech debt and just paint over it.
· Won't make decisions and need everything run past a committee.

FAQ

Things people ask before they hire us.

What does the $5K starter actually include?

A focused marketing site, typically 5–10 pages, designed and built to a Group B performance baseline. Includes the four deliverables — site, performance baseline, hosting/security setup, training/handoff. Standard third-party integrations (email, analytics, CRM). What it doesn't include: e-commerce, custom integrations, content production, complex animation work — those scale pricing up.

What stack do you build on?

We pick the stack based on what you're trying to do. Marketing sites usually run on a modern CMS with a page builder your team can edit. E-commerce typically lives on Shopify or a headless setup depending on complexity. We won't push you toward a stack just because it's what we used last time — but we will tell you the truth about what's a fit and what isn't.

How does the 90%+ performance promise work?

We measure every page with Google Lighthouse before launch. Our portfolio averages 90%+ across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Sites with heavy video embeds or third-party scripts (Vimeo backgrounds, large analytics suites) sometimes run lower on Performance — we'll flag that during scoping, not after launch. If something we built drops below baseline, we'll fix it.

Do we have to host with you?

No. We'll set you up with hosting wherever you want — your existing provider, ours, or a new one we recommend. If you want us to manage it ongoing, that's the Hosting track. If you'd rather handle it yourself or use your IT team, that's totally fine and we'll hand off cleanly.

Will you take on our broken site?

Probably. We do Fix It work on sites someone else built — Shopify stores with plugin overload, WordPress sites with abandoned developers, custom builds that broke after the last update. We start with a $1.5K diagnostic that tells you what's actually wrong and what it'll cost to fix. About 20% of the time we recommend a rebuild — and we'll say so. The other 80% we fix in place.

Who writes the content?

You can. We can. Most engagements are a mix — you provide subject-matter expertise and core copy, we polish and structure it for the web. If you need full content production, we offer that as an add-on (and it's a separate Group B service — see Content & SEO). Either way, the site doesn't launch with Lorem Ipsum.
