OUR STORY

We started Group B for one reason.

After years of watching businesses pay good money for marketing that looked great in a deck and didn't move a single number, we got tired of it. The problem wasn't the strategy or the website or the email — it was that nobody connected them.

So we built a different kind of shop. Small on purpose. Senior-only. We take a small number of clients each year and we treat their revenue like our own. Every project starts with the same question: what number are we trying to move, and how do we know if it worked? One of us answers with the story. The other answers with the system.

That's it. That's the whole pitch.

Eight years running marketing at Align Production Systems, a mid-market manufacturer, nearly doubling revenue at Flying Eyes Optics, plus work with brands like Hagerty, Porsche Design, and Fox Sports. Through ChronoGrant I've also grown one of the largest watch communities in the Midwest and run activations with ORIS, Bremont, and Ball & Buck.

Most agencies sell curb appeal — run the playbook, hit the metrics, send a report. They skip the system underneath that actually makes marketing work. Group B is me doing the opposite. I'm not an agency, I'm a revenue systems operator: I find what's actually breaking your marketing function and build the system that fixes it.

Years self-employed — retouching and photography, coffee roasting, e-commerce — the kind of small-business work that teaches you what actually moves a number. Alongside that: manufacturing and logistics operations at Case, General Motors, and Ryder. As comfortable on a laptop from the other side of the world as on the factory floor or in the front office.

I've spent a career building systems — Excel, then Python, now AI — while running my own ventures on the side. Not a straight corporate ladder. A stack of real operator work.

Through Group B I build AI and integrations for owner-operated businesses. Human in the loop, built to compress hours of manual work into minutes: the tools read freely, confirm before anything final ships, and plug into the software you already run. The same standard shows up at Align Production Systems — AI pushed from leadership to the shop floor, in real operations, not slide-deck demos.
