SERVICE · MEDIA PRODUCTION

Media that earns its place in the system.

Most branded video sits unused on a Vimeo page nobody visits. We make media that goes into the flows you've built, the ads you're running, the landing pages that convert, the social channels that need a steady drip. Video-first production with a real plan for where every frame is going to live. Standalone projects welcome — but the work compounds when it's part of a system.
THE PROBLEM

Most branded video is decoration. Not infrastructure.

You hired a production company. They delivered a beautiful brand film. Cinematic shots, perfect color grade, custom score, three months of timeline. It lives on your About page. It plays in the lobby of your office. Maybe 200 people have watched it. Nobody bought anything because of it.
Or the opposite version: you're churning out social videos every week. They're fine. They get 47 views, 3 likes, no comments. Volume without strategy. You're producing media because someone said you should, not because the media is doing a specific job.
Both versions waste money. One on craft without distribution. The other on volume without purpose.
OUR APPROACH

Plan distribution first. Shoot for it. Cut for it.

We don't book a shoot without knowing where the footage is going to live. Every project starts with the distribution plan — which channels, which audiences, which moments, which lengths, which aspect ratios. That plan dictates everything: shot list, framing, talent direction, set design, editing approach.
1. Shot for purpose. Every angle, every take, every line of voiceover is captured against a specific use. We don't shoot "some B-roll" — we shoot the exact frames we already know we'll need for the email hero, the homepage banner, the 6-second pre-roll, the 30-second cutdown. Nothing on set is left to figure out in post.
2. Sized for channel. Vertical for social. 16:9 for YouTube and embedded video. 1:1 for in-feed ads. Captioned for sound-off viewing. We deliver every cut in the format the channel actually demands, not just a horizontal master that gets butchered into squares by the social team three weeks later.
3. Distributed by design. If we're already running your email, your site, or your retention program, the deliverables drop directly into those channels — no handoff, no "now figure out how to use this." If we're not, we hand off with a usage doc so your team knows where each cut belongs. Media doesn't earn its budget until it's actually been seen by the right audience.
THREE TRACKS

Three ways we'll work with you.

TRACK 01 · SINGLE PROJECT

One shoot, one deliverable, scoped and shipped.

A defined piece of work with a clear endpoint: a brand video, a product film, a founder interview, a campaign spot. We scope the deliverable up front, run a half-day or full-day shoot at your location, and deliver final cuts in 2–4 weeks. Best fit when you know exactly what you need and want it done well.
Project-based, starts at $2K.
TRACK 02 · PRODUCTION PACKAGE

One shoot, coordinated deliverables across the system.

Built around a brand moment — a launch, a season, a campaign, a fundraise. One coordinated production cycle that produces a full set of deliverables: a hero film, six social cuts, a 30-second ad, product stills, lifestyle photography. Everything sized for its channel, everything ready to drop into your flows, ads, and site. Best fit when you have a real moment to build around and need media for multiple channels at once.
Project-based, starts at $8K.
TRACK 03 · ONGOING CONTENT

Steady drip of media for your channels.

Monthly retainer producing the volume of video you need to keep your social, ads, and retention channels fed. Typically structured as one production day per month plus ongoing edit work — yielding 8–15 finished pieces depending on scope. Best fit when you've outgrown one-off shoots and need a content engine that doesn't stop.
Retainers start at $3K/month.
WHAT WE SHOOT

Video-first, photography secondary, every format the channel needs.

Every shoot is built around the deliverables you actually need. Most clients need video. Some need stills alongside. Here's the range.

Brand Films

60–120 second films that introduce your brand, your founder, or your mission. Lives on the homepage, the About page, sales decks, and as the cornerstone for your social cutdowns.

Product Videos

Demos, features, lifestyle-in-use. The kind of video that goes on product pages, in email flows, and in retargeting ads. Built to convert, not to win an award.

Social Cuts

Vertical-first video sized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn. Captioned for sound-off viewing. Multiple cuts from every shoot — 15s, 30s, 60s — so you have inventory for weeks, not days.

Paid Ads

Meta and YouTube ad creative built to a tested structure: hook in the first three seconds, value middle, hard CTA at the end. Multiple variants for split-testing. Designed to be replaced once they're fatigued — not to last forever.

Founder & Team Content

Interview-style content for personal-brand growth, recruiting, podcast clips, and LinkedIn. We get founders comfortable on camera and capture multiple sessions in a single shoot day for weeks of content.

Photography

Product, lifestyle, team headshots, brand stills — captured alongside video shoots whenever possible to maximize the value of a single production day. Sized for site, email, social, and retail use.
QUALIFICATION

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

Good fit if you…

· Have channels to put media into — email, social, ads, your website.
· Want video that does a specific job, not video for the sake of having video.
· Have a real moment, story, product, or person worth capturing.
· Will give us access to the people, places, and product we need to shoot.
· Are willing to commit to the distribution plan, not just the shoot day.

Bad fit if you…

· Want a beautiful brand film that lives on Vimeo and nowhere else.
· Are shopping the lowest hourly rate on Upwork. We're not the cheapest.
· Don't have time to participate in the production process. Media reflects who you are; you have to be involved.
· Want unlimited revisions and unlimited deliverables. Scope discipline is how we keep budgets honest.
· Are looking for a one-day shoot with no plan, no script, and no clear use. We don't book those.

FAQ

Things people ask before they hire us.

Do you shoot at our location or somewhere else?

On-location at your space — your warehouse, office, retail floor, restaurant, manufacturing line. We don't operate a studio. That keeps overhead low, keeps the work grounded in real environments, and means your media looks like your actual business. If your space doesn't work for what we need to shoot, we'll scout an alternate location together.

Do you handle scripting and creative direction?

Yes — included in every project. We write scripts, build shot lists, direct talent, and run the shoot. You don't need to come with a creative brief. You come with the business goal and the access; we handle the rest.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Full ownership of every final deliverable plus the raw footage from the shoot. We don't license back to you. If you want to make additional cuts from the raw a year later, you don't need to come back to us — though we're happy to help if you do.

What gear do you shoot on?

Cinema-grade cameras, professional audio, full lighting kit. We shoot in 4K for future-proofing even when delivering at 1080p. Specific gear varies by shoot — but if your project needs a certain look or quality, we'll spec the kit to match. Gear matters less than knowing how to use it; we've made beautiful work on modest setups when that was the right call.

How does this connect to your other services?

When we're also running your email, your site, or your ad accounts, media production runs as part of the same operating system — the deliverables drop directly into the channels we're managing for you. That's where the work compounds. Standalone media projects are absolutely welcome too — we just deliver with usage guidance so your team can place everything correctly.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions per deliverable, included in the project price. Most projects don't need both — because we align on direction up front with reference, scripts, and shot lists you've signed off on. If you want unlimited revisions, we're not your shop. Scope discipline is how we keep budgets honest.
