WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Three steps. No sales theater.
STEP 01
We respond in 48 hours.
Real reply from Grant. Not a calendar link to schedule a discovery call. If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
STEP 02
First call is 30 minutes.
No pitch deck, no sales script. We ask questions about your business and what's actually breaking. You ask whatever you want about how we work.
STEP 03
If it's a fit, we propose.
Specific scope, specific deliverables, specific price — turned around within a week of the call. You read it, push back on anything that doesn't fit, and we agree on the work or we don't.
FIT CHECK
Before you send the message.
We work best with people who…
· Want help with what's actually broken, not just execution of a pre-written brief. · Are willing to look at their marketing as a system, not as a checklist. · Have decision-making authority or fast access to it. · Want a real partner, not a vendor. · Will tell us when something isn't working.
We're not the right team if you…
· Already know exactly what you want done and need it cheap. · Have a marketing plan that just needs hands to execute. · Need results in 30 days. · Want endless campaign volume regardless of strategy. · Are looking for an AI tool to replace human marketing work.
FAQ
Things to know before you reach out.
How much information should I include?
As much as feels honest. A few sentences is enough. A long paragraph is also fine. What helps most: what you're trying to accomplish, what you've already tried, what's not working, and what success looks like. We'd rather read a real description than a polished pitch.
I'm not sure what service I need. Should I still reach out?
Yes. The hardest part of fixing a marketing problem is often figuring out which problem it actually is. Describe what's broken; we'll help you name it. If we end up recommending you start with a different service than you came in for, that's a successful first call.
What if you tell me 'no'?
We'll tell you what we think the issue actually is and who we'd recommend instead. We'd rather decline well than take a project that won't succeed — bad fits hurt both sides. If we can't help and we don't know who can, we'll say that too.
Do you have a phone number?
Yes — we share it once we've confirmed it's worth both our time to talk. Cold inbound calls don't get better answers than cold inbound emails, and the form keeps the signal-to-noise reasonable. If you'd genuinely rather call than write, mention that in your message and we'll get on the phone fast.
STILL NOT SURE?
Send the message anyway.
The worst that happens is we tell you who else to call. That's a useful outcome too.
